I remembered when France-Denmark opening game. Denmark had a free kick. Frank shoot a unbelievable curl. the Goalkeeper was totally lost. But (unlucky) a frence defender stood in the way and the ball went too the lost Goalkeeper instead.

Hey Sebas, went to dinner with Frank last night and your mother and sister. Had a great time. To anybody reading this I have to say the Arnesen family are top people. See you soon Sebas.

u'r not kiddin are u? frank arnesen's yer father? omg he woz my idol no jokes! I'm still desperately trying to find old vids of his goals - too bad I can't find that many on the web. I even became a denmark supporter back in the 80's (I'm from italy btw, go figure) such great was my admiration for the genius. I don't easy idolise players but arnesen and van basten were the exception, lmao. my best regards to the both of ya!

he truly was. in his early days @ ajax he was a flashy winger, with unbelievable skill - he was one of the first european players to curl free kicks: and that was the late 70's! - then he broke his knee twice and his speed would never be the same. Still his skill and vision of the game were peerless. In nowadays football he'd be a superstar.

can you define Arnesen as player, what kind of midfielder he was? I've always heard about him just like a legend
