Director Fleischer envisioned the entire video to be kind of a 'Risky Business on acid' affair with the entire 3 minutes being devoted to Valentine destroying a house. Valentine always pictured this being a 'guerilla booty' video, with the Dance Commander character holding court in a high school gymnasium with cheerleaders, freaking them as needed. A compromise was reached and the video was shot with elements of both concepts, resulting in a video that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
