I am a US soldier who just came back from Djibouti, spending most of my time in Holl Holl, Obock, Yoboki and Tadjoura. I hope the Issas allow projects for the Afar people in the North. Inshallah Guelleh will not let his tribe control his decisions. Djibouti needs a president who looks out for all it's citizens, no matter what tribe they are from.God bless Djibouti and I hope nothing but the best for it's people and future. I predicted Djibouti would be the next Dubai and I hope it happens...
