wow, because rihanna is the first artist in the social history of popular american music to engage in this practice. damn her! why did she have to ruin authenticity for everyone!

My 13 year old niece loves this era of music...REM, Pet Shop, ZZ Top, etc...I introduced it to her and she's addicted.I doubt anything this big will come along again. Today's artists buy songs from writers and sing it as if it's their own....fucking lame...IE Rhinna...nice body, but too bad she can't write worth shit. Blowing all her money on promo's to keep her name relevant. $20,000 left in her bank account. One word: DAMN!

When I watched the Elvis tribute in 1987, I wasn't impressed by this arrangement because, although Pet Shop Boys are my favourite pop group, this didn't suit Elvis's music. But, as I'm a much bigger PSB fan than I am an Elvis fan, I've come to appreciate it for what it is and now love it!

Yes, they're still alive (and around). They were part of the ''Big British Invasion'' of the 1980s (most of the hits from the 1980s were from British groups). That sound is techno pop or synth rock-- slower than techno from the 1990s.

This version of this beautiful song sucks donkey nuts.

I also believe this version is better than the original. Most of the biggest hits of the 80s (and the ones I listened to )were from the UK.This group is also one my sunshine's favourite groups. I dedicate this song to you αγάπη μου. Μου λείπεις. I miss you so very much....

This version is actually better than the original. I remember listening to this song over and over again in 87`... I was 14 and so in love with this German girl Wiebke...... By the way:I really don´t care if theese guys are gay, they are the best pop duo ever. What a shame they gave "She´s Madonna" to Robbie Williams.
