A Russian convoy of troops were engaged in an intense firefight, presumably with Georgian soldiers at a bridge in Achabet, South Ossetia Monday. (Aug. 11)
the thing is if you look up what actually hapenned, it was Georgia who started it, but once Russia had fought them back, they continued into the heart of Georgia, which is why everybody wanted them to stop.

These aren't russian soldiers, they are part of a convoy, they are south ossetian regular militias.

Cleanup Achabetu(Ачабети). Ossetin militia(with out body armour) and russian troops landed(in new camoufla with body armour) 11 aug.
