i heard that this guy sued the company who supplied him of the "unloaded" gun because it ruined his reputation and now he cant be an undercover cop.

it's not loaded, but it was before and someone cocked it, putting a bullet in the chamber. when this happens even if you remove the clip, you still have the bullet in the chamber dummy.
