One of the better TV movies made in the '70s. The special effects and makeup aren't bad given the year and low budget. The acting isn't terrible...just bad enough for a TV horror movie. Interesting story and premise. And Bernie Casey does an excellant job as "The Gargoyle." If you see this airing on cable or in the "cheap DVDs" its DEFINATELY worth watching!
As a kid had a crush on jennifer Salt because of this movie.

Gargoyle babies! Everybody loves babies. Too bad they got all burnt up.

This movie is a classic in my book. Finding it on DVD is quite a challenge. The cheapest i've found is $60.00 for a USED copy! I'd love to have it to show to my kids, because I enjoyed watching it every time it came on the T.V. They just don't make T.v. movies like this any more!

I was 11 years old when I watched this movie. I slept with a night light for a week afterwards.

the wings could have been a little bit bigger on the gargoyles but all in all...not bad for the 70's. It's also nice to see, at the very end, the plane that I made my solo flight in. A Piper Cherokee.
