Cool narration I used to recite 10 yrs ago. Can someone correct me if i made a mistake? It goes:1000 years ago, superstition and the sword ruled. It was a time of darkness, it was a world of fear, it was the age of gargoyles.
Stoned by day, warriors by night. We were betrayed by the human we had sworn to protect, frozen in stone by a magic spell for a thousand years.
Now here it had happened, the spell had broken, and we live again!
We are defender of the night, we are gargoyles!

i remember when this still had new episodes and i found out it was a disney show(it came on blocks on diff channels w/disney shows but didnt actually think they'd own the rights to it)
my respect for disney grew since it was such a dark show that had a great story and massive character development...i watch this around 4:30am on toondisney but now my respect has almost completely died

You have to be intelligent to watch this! Its story was pretty complex for kids, and still kinda is now. I LOVED that show.
