Well, this is an old melody from a traditional song from Bretony (Bretagne, where Asterix used to live :D) Manau was from that part of the country, and I'm not surprise that a metal band uses such a melody, it really sounds like traditional celtic stuff (for it is)

Yeah I see where your coming from, I was a bit confused with all these different groups often doing the same tune or a version but the thing is most of these tunes come from the canon of Celtic tunes some of which go back as thousands of years and many havn't changed in Centuries both of those are versions but the tunes are completly free from modern music rule shite, The Eluveitie version kicks children

The original is a celtic song called "Tri Martolod"
Manau was a "celtic rap" band ... that's the only thing you didn't know ^^
