He is crazy! That's just the way he acts. If you want to see him wasted do a search for when he was on David Letterman. He was definitely tipsy then.

I just work at the night club- the only show I caught was Ralphie May and Josh Blue- awesome show, I think I pissed in my pants a little. A whole lot of celebs coming in though, so it was pretty sick.

I work at Pure Nightclub at Caesar's Palace here in Vegas- Tracy came in here this last weekend during TBS's Comedy Festival- that is one crazy dude, and I highly doubt he's drunk in this interview. It's just a mating call.
