Herbert von Karajan war genial - und sehr symphatisch. Wie er mit dem Publikum spielt und ihnen ganz nebenbei nahebringt wann sie zu klatschen haben; toll!

And it shows he was sick. Von Karavan should have retired years before. Why do his supporters refuse to accept he went on far too long? Also, why are they anxious to see no mention of his indefensible Nazi past.

Herbert von Karajan died on 16th July 1989. Still alive he would be 100 years old now. He was the father of modern way to grab and present classic music and brought the CD and digital tecnics on the way. That was a revolution. His goal was perfection.
