Track 4 on Electric Ladyland was called Voodoo Chile... it was a 14 minute blues jam with the words voodoo chile in it... The last track on electric ladyland was called Voodoo Child(Slight Return) and was recorded after the jam session when Jimi decided to make a proper song out of the structure and lyrics composed in the first jam... thats my story and im sticking to it

no offense but that is wrong. In the album Electric Ladyland by Jimi Hendrix Experience he has to different but similar songs. One named Voodoo Child (Slight Return) and the other is called Voodoo Chile. Look it up on wiki
