I apologize for the delay. I have been receiving at least 30 emails a day asking me to release week 13 to week 14 for "How to buildmuscle in 16 weeks" workout program.

Without further delay, here is the week 13 to week 14 routine.

In this stage, your goal is to perform 20-25 reps for each set. This stage is designed to create another shock to your body. This is the only stage where you are performing sets in higher repetitions.

I am beginning to receive dozens of emails a day saying that they are already packing on an average of at least 2 pounds of pure muscle per week with my muscle building program.

THIS 13/14 week plan is FUCKED. I couldn't even come close to finishing the second super set (25rep dumbbell shoulder press, 25rep pull up). It KILLED me. I was about to throw up, my arms turned to rubber. And the sad thing is I've followed the 16-week-plan religiously and obviously didn't push myself enough.

So my question is, should I just keep trying this 13/14 week plan till I beat it? Or go back to weeks 11/12 until I feel more ready?

There is no evidence of it. However, maintaining good nutrition will certainly help.
