China produces for the US mostly. The US' demand causes China to mass produce. Europe, Africa, South America etc contributes no-where near the US' and China's contributions. China's being due to the States' demands. Its the State's fault and you know it.

Actually, the goverment could of already issued other terms of power such as electric cars to cut down on Co2 emission but guess what. Their getting more cash this way than if every1 drove electric cars. oh and a nice day to you too :)
