haha. ozzy's voice is hard to get used to. its okk, i personally like Dio's voice better. i think he s awesome, but that s just my opinion. and i agree with both crazyjoe and gamendings4u...because they both came out around the same time. if im not mistaken zepellin's 1 album game out in 69 and black sabbath's 1st album came out in 70. so they both really influenced the genre. sabbath more so b/c of their use of heavier distortion and more "deathlike" song lyrics. but eitherway all 3 bands amazn

true with both kiss and AC/DC. But Judas Priest for example seem to be quite heavier in comparison to the latter mentioned bands.

i think metallica and sabbath go in different styles though.even though sabbath call themselves a metal band they sound no heavier than an ordinary rock band.
