Although by this time it seems the RRHOF is simply pandering to highly commercial artists (even jazz, soul and rap performers who gained dubious entry through their doors), Leon deserves enshrinement more than any other contemporary American rock performer. Thanks for creating this great vid.

What's wrong with RRHOF??? I am sending a letter to them to ask them to induct him will list all of the reasons why. I hope everyone who sees this video will do the same. It would be nice for them to recognize Leon so he can enjoy the glory of the award.

Thanks for posting this great tribute to Leon Russell! Really nice video, makes my heart sing! Love this performance of "A Song for You." Fun to look back in time...saw Leon's show in NYC recently, AMAZING!!! He certainly deserves to be inducted into the RRHOF. He could start his own Hall of Fame as far as I'm concerned. It was a privilege to see him and hear him play. Thanks again for sharing this great tribute!

I love Leon and can only say that as an(other) excluded great in the RRHOF, he is in exceptionally good company. Who really cares whether he is inducted into this obviously flawed, politically controlled (by Jann Wenner) institution? What really matters is that he is in the hearts and spirits of his fans. We all know his talent and worth and it goes beyond knowing how to market oneself, such as Madonna has, to stay in the public eye. I'd rather be a Stranger in a Strange Land, any day, with Leon
