i like the episode with billy where they had to discipline him without negavitive words..the one line i always remember is billy had the broom and was sweeping the mantle..and tony and angela walk in and say ah ah broom elsewhere.

billy is a kid from Tony's old neighborhood that he decided to become a legal guardian for in the earlier seasons. i love this show!

I think it's season 7-not sure.Since Tony&Angela have been living togther for 7 yrs, the State of South Carolina see's that as Common Law Marriage when they checked into a hotel room under "Mr&Mrs". Therefore, T&A are married by Common Law due to living together for so long.
