the video has everything to do with the song. she was bored at a regular old bar, suddenly she has come into a fantastical realm of a swing bar and goes through the *hullaballu* just to see him change into a little boy and send her packing

I think the video reflects the style of music, the heavy swing beats go well with the seedy 1920s/30s bar.

I think he means the video seems to have nothing to do with the song. Such potent and graphic lyrics just doesn't seem to belong to the video. Or at least that's what I think he meant.
