this songs about the killers before they wer famous playin in a coffee shop that was used to hearing all indie bands n then when the killers were playing everyone was lk freaked out because the killers sounded kinda pop-ish, thats what he means when he says "ill take my twist with a shout, a coffee shop with a cause(indie rock), then ill freak you out" .... just random fact....
