i own the DVD and the CD from Bullet In A Bible and there's no Homecoming.
You can search the tracklist anywhere in the internet.
They just played Jesus Of Suburbia, American Idiot, Boulevard of Broken Dreams and Wake Me Up When September Ends from the album American Idiot.
well, maybe they just didn't put Homecoming on the CD and DVD. but that'd be really strange, so i don't think i'm wrong.

Weird. I've heard mp3s of Homecoming where he says 'England' etc. And I thought some of peoples concert reviews said they played it? Anyway I might be wrong....

Nah its not Milton Keynes. It's another performance. In Milton Keynes Billie didn't have a tie on in Homecoming, and he wouldn't have said this is the last song.
